We will discuss this with you prior to our inspection. Each property is unique! We will inspect, review the home with you and provide hundreds of photos with an electronic & written report within 24 hours.
Pre-Listing Inspection
The average Pre-Listing inspection costs $300. Please note that price will vary depending on the size of the home and the location. We will review the home and then do a walk through with you.
New-Build Report
This type of inspection depends on the size of home you are building, the location of the build, the length of the project and how many trips are required to document the process. Price can range from $2,500 to $5,000. Considering the average build is $400,000 a independent report documenting the quality of your new build is reasonable and great to have for a future sale.
Maintenance Inspection
The Maintenance Inspection costs $300, and includes a walk-through and suggestions to keep your home in good repair. Over time components wear out or require additional maintenance. Protect your investment.
